Shipping Policy

At Kundavai by Chella™, every piece is made especially for you after your order is placed. By creating each garment on demand rather than producing in bulk, we help reduce unnecessary overproduction while ensuring every order receives the care and attention it deserves.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over 1,500 SEK.

For orders below 1,500 SEK, shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Fulfillment

Each garment is individually knitted after your order is placed.

Please allow 7–12 business days for production and fulfillment from January to October, and 9–16 business days during the peak holiday season (November to December).

This production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been fulfilled, delivery times vary depending on your location.

Please refer to the shipping table below for estimated delivery times and standard shipping rates.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The table below shows our current estimated shipping times and standard shipping rates for one knitwear item.

Please note: Shipping rates shown above apply to a single knitwear item and are subject to change by our logistics partners. The final shipping cost, including any discounts or free shipping eligibility, will always be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Updates

We will keep you informed throughout your order journey.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing your order details.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been carefully crafted, packed, and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking information (where available), allowing you to follow your parcel throughout its journey.

If you do not receive either email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate your order updates, contact us at support@kundavaibychella.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order must be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your estimated delivery date has passed, we recommend allowing a few additional business days, as shipping carriers occasionally experience unexpected delays.
